Description: Human basic Fibroblast Growth Factor (bFGF) is one of the FGF family members, which stimulates the proliferation of a wide variety of cells including mesenchymal, neuroectodermal and endothelial cells. bFGF is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain of 16.65kDa containing 147 amino acid residues.Our recombinant bFGF is soluble expressed in E.coli,with the specific activity of natural bFGF, cell culture tested.
