Description: Recombinant Human acidic Fibroblast Growth Factor (aFGF) is one of the FGF family members,which stimulates the proliferation of a wide variety of cells including mesenchymal, neuroectodermal and endothelial cells. aFGF is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain of 15.94 kDa containing 155 amino acid residues.Our recombinant aFGF is soluble expressed in E.coli, with the specific activity of natural aFGF,cell culture tested.
